i would rate it 7.5! its quite good actually but there are few concerns for me.No offense but the header does not look professional and does look good to me personally no harsh feelings.Plus, the background color of forum names which is blue seems too bright or something wrong in it that does not look eye friendly like it doesnt feel comfortable to look at it. apart from these points the website looks good and you have done some hard work for it i believe which is very much appreciated.Although, reviewing those points yourself can improve it.
