Well I can't give advices on how to market but I hope I can help you with the design.
First of all congrats for the name - very good!
So a hosting and sharing website, I believe these kind of websites should look and feel easy - right now your website is not friendly at all. Looks like a html form and that's it.
Add some color and more important increase the "Max File Size" because there are so many websites like yours on the net offering much more MB than you. You entered a well established project world - you have to offer at least one more thing to be able to make it.
You have to add somewhere this: "The files you upload will stay on the server X days" - it's important!
I see "Existing members" - cool but why should I create an account, why you don't offer me the possibility to make an account from the first page, why should I click on the "premium zone" - questions that should be answered in the first page.
