Hi there,

I am wanting some feedback on the header i have recently created for a site.

Please comment on the logo appearance and colour scheme etc.

Hi,
The fact that the logo is on the top left corner and with the home link on it is very good - you respected some rules but I'm afraid that it's the only thing good in this header.
The logo doesn't tell anything - naviinet + navigate the net are so general words. The colors match the website I guess.
From what I believe the header is very important in a website design being the first thing that should attract the visitor attention. You don't help the visitor at all.

Ideas:
- making the header bigger
- adding at least a phrase saying something like "this website is proud to offer you the latest news and information regarding....." - something to make the visitor understand where he/she is
- maybe changing the color to be more friendly

I didnt want to make the logo much bigger as not wanting to make the header much bigger.

I will look at adding some more text or better description of the news site.
