The "224 satisfied..." thing appears to be right over your logo in FF3.
Your form does not hide the existing text when clicking into the form fields, so you have to manually remove it to enter stuff. Also as the text did not vanish on focus, I thought "is this actually a real form" and clicked send - ao if others think it, then you are going to get a lot of forms containing your own input"
