I'm going to go against the grain of all the other advice on this thread and suggest that there are actually quite a few problems with this site.
1) The Flash on the home page is nice eye candy but PLEEEZ turn off the auto sound effects. This is a web site, not a Hollywood blockbuster.
2) Where is your call to action? Ok so I'm at your site. What do you want me to do? After a bit of hunting around I found the "request a free no-obligation quote". You MUST make that more obvious
3) 800 pixels wide might have been a good choice in 1999 but now it just looks old school. You should be aiming for 950 px unless there are special reasons otherwise.
4) Contrast too low. I cant make out the green text on the gray background.
5) I visited the Pricing page in the silly expectation that I would find some actual pricing information. None.
6) Contact form. *sigh* . This is my pet peeve. Designers spend most of their time focussed on trying to make a cool, rad, awesome, tricked out , (insert your favourite adjective) home page. But they neglect the simple fact that the Contact Us page is how visitors are going to interact with the website owner.
- Why are the field sizes all identical? It gives me no visual clues about
the type of information required in each field. Its going to cause errors.
- The "required" flag is almost invisible
- Your validation consists of a rather low budget looking JavaScript alert.
- AND the validation message gives the computer field names NOT the human readable names. Thats unacceptable.
