hmmm the design is good the only problem i see with the layout is the right navigation bars the one with arrows. I think that's all for now. gonna comment later on the design.

Actually it has a lot of problems.

I made a sandwich in the time it took to loud on my screen.
From looking at your content I cant see why.
Huge amounts of uncompressed JavaScript might be the
culprit but could just as easily be a hosting problem.
Its hosted in Kenya so possibly connection pipe speed
could be an issue to.

I don't know who your target market is (another problem)
but if its not exclusively local, you would be better off
getting a superior hosting solution.

Font size is too small.

Nav menu is poor.

Contact Us form....(dont get me started

)

Rates page looks like you've added AJAX for the sake of adding
AJAX. You could easily have put all that informtion on one page.

Logo is too small

Home page images likewise

No canonical URL

So:
1) It is so poorly SEO'd that I doubt the SERP will be found in natural search
2) Even if it did I doubt it would be clicked since the title tag is meaningless and you dont even have a description tag.
3) Even if they did I promise you will get very few conversions because the booking form is so poor and the overall impression is quite shoddy.

I would extend your picture banner all the way across the top of the screen (since ultimately this is what people will respond to) and then turn the right side navigation into a horizontal bar going from left to right directly underneath. The pictures used are of fairly low-quality and are off kilter so adding more professional shots would make the page look much more attractive.

You also need to make it more attractive to crawlers and TWD made a good point about optimization. You could address that by creating a keyword rich article about Kenya at the bottom of the page.

Here goes...

1) Took a very long time for me to load (i'm on 8Mbps cable)

2) I like the picture rotation on the top, but I think that is what is taking it a while to load.

3) Make the top logo clickable back to the home page.

4) Make the images clickable. Viewers first thoughts are to click what they like. By making them clickable to see a bigger image with a more elaborate description helps you out a lot.

5) Add more descriptive content about each of the services/features that you provide with keywords on each of them.

6) Layout is decent. By decent I mean not bad, but not the greatest.

7) May want to give your links an alt text

If you check the image file sizes they are actually rather small.
Less than 30KB.

I think its more likely the JavaScript.

Its all uncompressed custom JS.
If you have the FireFox Webmaster toolbar and look in Information/View JavaScript you can see for yourself.
