Nice job! just some small sugestion. Maybe if you remove the frames arround the anchors on the left, it will be better. Also try to use different color for these links - now there is too much green

. Maybe yellow/white will be better.

It's very bright that it can irritate the eyes. The frames too are narrow leaving the middle bland. Adding contents will do help.

Your site needs a lot more contrast. Find some lighter colors. The logo isn't that bad. Loose the boxes that surround everything. Get some more padding in there.

Sorry, my name is Green, but I too don't like all the green ! The Green on Green is too much for me. The two side columns remind me of tall buildings, very overpowering.

The site itself is great, lots of info for acne sufferers, lots of ads for your monetisation. It should do well.

Agree with the previous posts. The site doesnt seem to have enough solid info to justify the amount of ads (and some of the ad positioning. Also agree with the scrolling text gotta go
