I like the nav menu. Very nice.
Other than that I think you should choose a different
color scheme.
Blue is the color of calmness. Peacefulness.
Not the emotions I associate with gambling.
You need to use some hot colors. But use
them tastefully.
The "Important Pages" looks like a call to action button.
So I wanted to click on it. But of course it doesnt do anything.
NEVER center align text. It looks amateur.
But I think the main issue is that you've got
WAY TOO MUCH text on your page.
You need to go on a word diet and
trim it down to about 20% of what you have
now. People might then actually take the trouble
of reading it.
I think one of the mistakes of website owners
is they think users consume web pages like magazines.
They don't.
Magazines come with a price and the information within
them is limited to the contents of the paper.
Web pages are free and the content on web is virtually
infinite.
So there is much less incentive to read intensively.
