Another point is that web visitors like to know that the site they are contacting
is live and not some zombie site that was set up years ago and left abandoned.

Your copyright notice says 2007.
Why not update it to 2007 - 2009.
It shows that its current and that you pay attention to the small
details of your business.

Haven't seen the site yet, but TWD is right user will get confuse. . . they may think its a ghost site that didn't updated.

At first glance the design is brilliant! I agree with the others though, it could do with some tweaks. One important point: get a favicon! It's important, trust me.
