I will accept all positive and negative criticism. There are a few parts of the site which need tweaking that I am aware about, I am working on them now.

There are a few problems.

First is that there is no clear CALL TO ACTION.
I am mildly interested in the service but couldnt
find any clear way to sign up or use it. So I lost interest.

Second, people are going to get very annoyed with the
splash screen that you make them sit through EVERY
time they visit the Home Screen. The old "CSS absolute
positioning- then turn off with JS" is a sneaky way of
avoiding JavaScript blockers but it doesnt win many friends.

You need to take a look at your fonts.
Too many different sizes and colors and you need more leading
between lines.

Right away a pop-up :| Don't like it and you don't need it. There is no spot that I can click and remove the pop-up. Very horrible design and I'm not impressed to say the least.

Agree with the comments about the pop up, very obtrusive and made me navigate away from your site straight away :-(
