Design
You need a better logo. The outlined letters simply do not strike me as visually attractive. In addition, that color isn't found anywhere else in the color scheme of your website.
The theme you're using doesn't offer much in the way of branding. The organization is good, but you could use some more customization. Plus, you're not taking full advantage of the thumbnails feature. Using your favicon image for all of the post images makes the site feel kind of empty. I would spend some time finding interesting images.
Also, I would use excerpts in categories as well as on the homepage, and make only the article page itself full-length.
Content
You should probably hire an editor to clean up some of your content, and then study what they do to improve your own writing skills. You are making a lot of grammar mistakes, some noticeable, some not. Random capitalization, misuse of commas, and odd sentence structure are a few.
Grammar aside, you should revise your post titles. They could be modified to draw in a lot more attention. I recommend visiting
