Design wise it is actually not too bad.
I would have used a cleaner looking image in the header.
At first I thought it must be a GIF because it looks quite pixellated.
The SignUp button should be above the fold and should
be in a sans-serif font.
I like the JavaScript map effects (not sure that Greenland is technically part of Europe anymore though. Didn't they become independent recently?)
BUT , I hate to say, the English in this site is horrible beyond belief.
