Well, could do with a little more color, not too much.
I find the tag cloud, that high up a bit of an eyesore, its where my eyes go first and an important menu might be better placed there.
Lastly, I really dont like animated headers. Very distracting. I;d make it static personally and this will help visitors focus on your main content.
I;d also make you main content Title font one size smaller and color code it to your there.
