Website Review and Suggestions

hi，this is a PR7 software website of my company.I find that this website has a lot of problems,such as the same title,keywords,description in almost web pages.The website is about 8 years old,but the traffic just about 3000 a day,sometimes the visitor is less than 3000 a day.I do not know why.In fact,the keyword of the site is on the first page of google.But I do know why the visit number is so less ?I want to get some help for improve the traffic of my company website.

Hmm!!! Your wbeiste has a lot of content! Your site is not a content based site!

In average a page visit in intrnet is only of 5 seconds!

So noone going to read all that in your page.

Try giving much more description about your softwrae in vcery less content. And focus on softwrae not on content.

To much content maybe add a video or slide show with that info in it this will cut down on content plus go with what your selling.

I agree with other comments above. Too much content.
Why don't you put a video of the software and to the point description.

Also you should work on optimizing some other pages and target more keywords for more traffic. As you said you have same title and description on almost all pages. This wont help much.

Also you could put download now above the fold to increase download rate. I did not download the software but I assume it is a teaser copy and you entice them to buy the product eventually.

I think it needs a little better design:

- make the header graphic smaller,
- put some images into the content, only text content isn't very good.

Hi,what do you mean this ?Is it some problems for downloading? Do you mean that I should add the ‘download now“ above the fold ? Now,my boss has asked some one to update the website.

Website's ok. Love the colors, but the graphics are sloppy and parts break in FF for Mac (attached is a screenshot of what I'm seeing). It seems very "90's" to me.

I agree with everyone else about the content...That's a heck of a lot of information for the home page...A bit overwhelming. I think it would be helpful if their was some size difference with the text.
