Hi Kworth,

The idea is pretty clear, layout is OK. Several remarks:
1. It seems you are going against modern trends in colors. Your site is too dark. It even hurts.
2. In my personal view you should have a possibility for immediate PR check, like http://www.prchecker.info/
3. What is not clear, why is your website? What is your added value to a community?
