Website Review and Suggestions

Please review my arcade website.

My website is http://www.gamedemonarcade.com

I'm new to css and php. Pretty much everything I know about both languages came from making this custom template which I spent all of July slaving over. I'm very persistent when I have nothing better to do.

Things I'd like to know:
Do you see any bugs with my site
Can I improve my SEO
Does my logo look out of place
Do you have any siggestions

Things I already know and am working on:
Some games don't have thumbs
It takes forever to load (most arcade sites do...too many pics)
Some guy registered 5 times

Some of the games in the categories don't line up (ex:http://gamedemonarcade.com/cat/107/Demon/p1.htm). If anyone knows why this might be happening, please help.

My site runs on AvarcadeV4. The prepackaged, unmodified script looks like this: firefreak.net. I worked hard to make my site unique and stand out from other avarcade sites.

Tell me what you think.

Really looks good overall to me.
I cant help with your programming issues, but as a user, I'd suggest an intro page explaining your site - why it's there, who its for and who you are (a little branding),,,,
You've obviously got alot of time invested already. I would be hesitant to click on anything unless I understood what's going on with the site. I think most users are very cautious today...

Its a nice looking arcade site. Well done. For SEO, just keep on building one way inbound links to it.

Design and logo is good.

My suggestion is add the game description on top of a web page.

You have added it at bottom.

For instance, look at this page given below

http://gamedemonarcade.com/view/21074/Castlevana.htm

In this page this information is on bottom

"Game Name: Castlevana

Description: Walk around aimlessly through a demon infested world and kill them with your chain!"

It would look great and more user friendly if it comes at top of the page.

Rest is okay, just concentrate on building links for your website.
