Website Review and Suggestions

Could get some critique on this website please?

Key questions are:

Usability (ease of reaching contact page, for example)
Look/feel/navigation ~ Flash animation at top, color scheme (based on industry) etc...
Ability to get key message across
Technology (standards, animations, etc)

and (if anyone is willing to do this!) SEO standards

Nice practical site. Hell of a boring subject to design for I imagine!

Comment page - I would style the form fields rather than default, and I would also put some padding in so the text is not right up against the edges.

some explanation of the flags would be helpful to indicate what they are for

a darker grey background to surround the site might look good? or something like this

the drop shadow on the "ulbrich stainless steels... ) makes the text look blurry - try a softer shadow or remove it

the metal texture behind the nav buttons looks a bit low quality - maybe a silvery grey gradient would look more eh ehm, polished -something like the colours of http://www.ulbrich.com/files/diversifiedbrochure.pdf

text is too small and needs increased line-height

in firefox on windows the footer text is half hidden off the bottom of the screen

all in all it's on the right track but some way to go to make it look more high tech!

I tihnk the header could be better. I dont really like the fading around the image. I would let the image fill up the whole space and fade it on the left for the logo to have a spot. Try finding a really nice image on a stock photo site.
