1. As mentioned, logo is a bit too large and doesn't have anti-aliasing
2. email link above navigation doesn't need to be 2 lines, should just make it one line and also add padding-bottom;3px; to neaten it up.
3. The jpg of Jack is fine however the text within the jpg could use of some graphical overhaul - why use standardise font and not design as a JPG when you can already do that in HTML? Get a nice glossy JPG going with some red graphs or something to spice it up
4. Quick marketing tip JPG needs anti-aliasing
5. "A local web marketing.." at the very bottom could do with some padding-bottom
6. I think you're overdoing it with the pictures of Jack. I came across a page with two appearances - ease it up?
