I've had a look at the themes you've mentioned. They don't follow what i require. Thanks for the advice.

There's way too much text. At first glance it looks like one of those create them and forget them kind of niche sites. I'd add some graphics to it to make it more alive. Other than that the template is clean...maybe too clean.

Every evening at my website keeps timing out. Cannot figure out whats going on. Spoke to the hosting company. They think its nothing on their end. Not sure what the problem is. During the day its working fine. If anyone can advise that would be helpful.
