Appearance: The site is graphically very attractive, color choice is graet, the only thing that I would change regarding design is font size under hot nests and recent, it is too small and under last users font size is bigger.
Functionality: Navigation is simple and intuitive, I like it. Load time is also good but you still have place for improvements. Try analyzing site with google page speed or yslow to get suggestion on improving load times. Some actions like enabling gzip compression and paralleling download accross different hostnames would make your site even faster.
Overall & Content: It seems like an interesting concept, is it original idea?
