What is the purpose of that site? It seems to me that you have just placed few chapters from Manga comic online and that is it. I think that is not enough for a site to have any traffic. Ask yourself: why would visitors return to your site?
Those ads on homepage also doesn't fit. I think lot of visitors will bounce from homepage because it very minimalistic - not much content with three intrusive adsense ads in the middle.

To answer that question you should first tell us the purpose of the site, it isn't clear to me after I visited it.
