There is a color mismatch throughout the site. The pictures used doesn't go with the theme color. Otherwise the frames and layout are good.

Well, frankly, without any sugarcoating, I don't like it and here is why:
The colors are screaming and the only thing I want to do is to get out of there ASAP. Also, don't know what is the point in mixing the upper and lower case in the header writing. Speaking of the header, I would remove the adsense ads from the top of the page and insert it after the first post instead. It would be less intimidating and would accomplish the same, giving it much cleaner look.

I don't mean to be disrepectfull, but that was my 2 cents.

1) the write "About Us" isn't really clear...make it black and with a simpler typo; make the title enourmous, don't be shy! maybe "about us" can be transformed in something like a slogan, under the title

2) I don't like the google ad in that position. it's an important position isn't it? try to integrate the ad on the left. I really like the solution used by facebook: the ad is like the other content.

3) don't put ads between posts, please

there are million of blog...the really value for the user is your content. ads kick users away!

I have a blob my self and dont like to much adverts, google need on a site.

still a lot work to do

1. The adverts divert one's attention from the blog content.
Gives it a cluttered look.

2. The current logo (background) doesn't quite work.
3. Try to incorporate a complete theme for the blog.

It is basically reading between the Ads! I think you need to stress a bit less on the ads and just focus on the content and optimising it.
