Website Review and Suggestions

Hello everyone,
My idea was to have a subnavigation regarding a particular topic on my website.
First of all, I would like to know if it is visible enough, and secondly is it helping to navigate trough the site, or completely the opposite.
If you go to Spiritual Couples and choose "Body", you'll be taken to a page that has a main navigation bar on top and then a circular subnavigation just above the graphic. From that point on, my idea is for the visitor to use circular navigation for "Body" related pages. For review purposes, please go to "Exercise" option from the circular navigation. I hope I made myself clear.

it look so simple .. honestly template is not so much attractive ..the colors are not attractive it irritates

Navigation seems to be alright wrt the content. Very simple which I think is a good thing! Selection of images are good but I have to say the website has a dull feel to it. I agree with the above comment that the website needs to be a bit more attractive. Maybe a change in a lighter background colour might help.

I like the template its self nice functions the top bar could use a little more work and i also agree with the last two posts not to sound mean but try to find a different background that one just dont work.
