Actually my site name is not "Google" or "Google Daily"..my site name is "googledaily"..its a one word..also you can generate google like logo at googlefont.com.. the font in which google logo is created is not google's font..the font is called catull..and anyone can download it form sites..I also downloaded from internet..

sorry to say you are likely to get hit hard by google fairly fast and hard, as an example facef**k, sorry folks I misspelled that! facebook comes down on even the minnows like a hammer. As another example easyjet tried to stop a company called 'easyflights' from using the name 'easy' despite easy flights having been in business for some 20 years prior to easyjet existing. I guess next time the biblebook.com will be sued by facebook for copyright infringement over the use of the word book.
Hopefully the courts will soon rule more in favour of generic words. Such as the infamous case of MS and the word "Windows" - the defending case used evidence from MS own dictionary definition of the word "windows" against MS, which defined it as a generic term. Had this not occurred then quite literally your house would not have been advertised for sale with "windows" but "glazed panels" - scary but very

true.
All that said fight them as hard as you can!!!!!!

have you heard about that guy in the States or Canada whose name was Mike Rowe and he set a site called MikeRoweSoft.com. They even went after him! It's not even close.

let me tell you something interesting about Pakistan..Because you are talking about cyber laws..In Pakistan everyone can get a cd of software with serial just in Rs 25..with around 50 to 100 software in one pack,,the same case is with Windows etc. and do you how much Rs 25 have worth. just a pesi can, can be buy only.. I have been using pirated software when i tried to update.a message came that im doing crime and they have noted my ip, location and bla bla and showed me a screen with all that detail, which was correct.. around 4 months are gone. im still waiting when they will come.

.. even that if in india a movie is released you can buy its pirated cd just in Rs 30 to 50 next day..Pakistani sites are full of Indian music millions of indian visit pakistani site to download music daily..Why the intend to visit our sites. ???

Why "megaupload.com" dont sue "megashare.com" using their "Mega"

why "youtube" dont sue "porntube" for using "tube" with same logo and words.....and why 4shared.com dont sue 2shared.com???
If you talking about ethics? google is a big ****ing company in this world so far. which has enormously voilated the copyright rules in the world so far..talk about youube.com...howm much they have voilated laws by uploading the content which worth billions of dollers?????
Every new song and tv program which are striclty under copyright laws in world and even in America are uploaded at youtube at their released day at tv..whyyy thousands of singer from hollywood dont sue youtube???

Why American and Indians host crack and serial sites even though they are biggest producers of software industry???
Do you still think i deserve a sue?

googledaily.com, this isn't a matter of selling CD's. This is a domain name which can be easily taken over with a simple court order brought about by google. Do not underestimate the power of google, you will be sorely surprised.

that's a great domain name,i visited it just now,the color is diverse,but i dont think it is suitable for show on the index.meanwhile you should add more content not ad..

Thanks dude, you are the 2nd who appreciated about my domain name..otherwise many are against me and keep on threatening me that i was face sue, get banned, i will get penalty and so on
