Good website, and decent font!
You could add our new plugin Smooth Slider, which is an image and content slider and very good for SEO

Decent site but o many adsense on the front page for my liking i like how you have the contact button and you might want to look into your w3c validating as you do have the button and i am showing 157 errors on your page.

Looks messy, columns are not straight. I see 2 columns, then 2 columns of diffrent width, and finally 3 columns in the bottom, I don't like it.

Hmm.... Stuff just seems to be everywhere with no flow. I don't like it much.

Exactly.
The navigation is so close to the horizontal Google ad that it hardly stands out.

And more ads that eat up valuable space on the right column.

I think there is to much going on at the top, maybe more the Subscribe To Our Newsletter to the bottom of the page along with the google ads, they just look to messy imho
