I don't necessarily agree that there are too many ads on the site, but you do have the same ad printed twice side by side (A "Start Making Money!" vertical banner) which is a bit strange.
Instead, I would consider filling up the space with some promo ads for your own site, something like "Watch Season 4 Episodes here!"
Other than that, it looks very nice.
One word of caution (from a working film/television producer)... I don't want to be a buzz-kill, but unless you site has been authorized to show this content, you *might* be opening yourself up to a bit of legal trouble in the use of copyright department... Especially since you have "sponsors" on the site (to a salaried attorney, that means an income stream they can go after... even if it's not much. Sometimes they do it just to justify their salary.)
