Website Review and Suggestions

We have created this site this year, I would like everyone to tell us how we can improve this e-commerce site, any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there Mandela10. First off, I would first like to say that I like your concept utilizing the popular 3 panel design. 2 small panels and 1 large one in the middle. This is an easy way to utilize a ton of space and get a lot of information across to a viewer. However, I feel like the images and size of the text take away from the ease of use of the navigation of the website. There doesn't seem to be any kind of organization to it at all. Secondly, I think that the banner you are using on top of the website is a bit pixelated in places and kind of bland. Third, the main page that loads is a little scrunched together. I feel like there is a ton of information in a little tiny place, especially when there is some white space you could use to space it all out and make it easier to look at.

Your website seems to run fine on all 4 browsers, IE 8, FF 3, Chrome and Safari. I am viewing it at 1650x1080 and it looks really nice and compact, minus all the disorganization of material.

Pretty "busy" site as a first timer looking at electric cycless I was a bit disorentated by information overload. Having said that once I got the hanf of what it was I was looking at it did come together.

quick finding is not working 1st,then can you change central layout it too wide

remaing colour and other thing is subperb

I agree it is a bit busy. Mabey you could use a less message oriented banner or something.

Also you need to add some warmer colors to it. Multiple shades of blue on a white background is very cold.

First of all thanks for all your comments on the site, you weren't too harsh at all, all the things that you have pointed out definitely needs some improvements, and there will be some very soon, your feedback is really really appreciated.

I will try to make the messages simpler, I will be working on a different banner too.
Do you guys think that using one shade of blue for the whole design including the messages in the middle would be better?

Well I do not understand why you are using adsense while this is your e commerce based website. For few cents you are allowing your visitors to go to your competitor and I think this is not at all good idea.

We are experimenting with them, if after our test they prove not to be useful or profitable, we will take them off.

Yeah I guess so, many people in the workforce are like that, they never come up with any constructive ideas, they do nothing but criticising.

I like the site. Overall, nice.

There are many pro's to this site, but you've requested cons.

I agree with the post above, the header is a big part of keeping someone on the site, wow them.

It seems you have enough knowledge to have the site running, so give it some flare. Try some different color schemes, icons, etc. What you want is to do the best YOU can to keep the viewer on the site.

Adsense will not "boost" your rankings. And you are offering competition as alternatives, so just remember every day those are there, you are possibly redirecting someone to your competitors.

It's time to add some keywords, internal links, etc. Optimize this site. My recommendations are to create a nice footer, to hold links to your internal sites, privacy, sitemap, help for customers, pretty much everything you have in the "Information" section.

Keep going though, you've got a good start.

I Agree with Douglife, you need to redesign or get someone to design your top banner, its a main part of your/any site and needs to look the part.

The message you are going to give the user is clear but the page load time may feels like very high for a dial-up user. You'd better to remove that video from very front of the page.

Yes, top banner has to be redone.
I would also suggest to add some more padding in the panels.

You should also change your javascript "Click to enlarge", as it doesn't open the window in the right size on Firefox.

I really liked the site. It was easy to navigate in both IE, Safari and Firefox. I did not get to test on Opera.

The site was fast loading and had lots of great information. You gave the user the ability to find information fast and easy. I like the choice of colors for the site and it made it pleasant on my eyes.

I do a 30 day bike trip across Thailand every year called the http://tourdethailand.com. That is not my site. But, I could have easily used some of your engines to help propel me up the hills.

I would have like to have seen a bit more technical information on the site.
