Website Review and Suggestions

Good evening internet crowd. I'm new to the scene, and looking for some new eyes to look over this website. The people who I'm building it for are only so helpful as they have no idea, however other webmaster's opinions I think would be more helpful...

There are a few logistical things I am still working on, namely the Video's page and a new something something for the main page... however, give it a whirl and let me know!

Hi

Lose the frames. You don't really need it.
HTML needs a lot of cleaning up. "font size=" and such tags shouldn't really have any place. Use CSS styles/classes/inlines/externals to control your fonts. Your website feels very heavy and sluggish.
The Navigation image-buttons on the left. The text is not very clear.. It's clear to me but I feel there will be a fair amount who will have to concentrate to read. You should have white text.
Your website is very informative - You should set-up a site-map for those who may want to find something quickly without having to click their way through

Overall, It's an okay website. The way you have organised your text and pages is well done but it does seem a bit overwhelming and compact. Try and give it some breathing space. Best way to start is from the bottom and that is to redo the website in CSS/XHTML .

This website doesn't look very professional and it needs to be cleaned up (code-wise and look-wise).

It is very cramped looking, and it is very slow on my computer, even though I have a blazing fast internet connection. So I can only imagine what it is like on the computer of those with bad connections.

I would say that you need to get rid of the Frames

Your site really need a clean up there is a lot of text on the images.
