Not a bad design at all. I like the simple look and feel of your site.

A couple of suggestions.

- Create a favicon for your site. It will only take a few seconds and it will make a huge difference to the overall look and feel.

- In my opinion the titles on your top and bottom banner do not stand out enough. (easy fix if you agree)

- Lastly I noticed your using LiveZilla chat but you haven't changed anything on it. Why not add your logo and even a favicon to make it unique?

It is a good design.

I would suggest:

1. Make a more interesting logo and favicon.

2. Getting one of those 24/7 support systems (I went and it said offline)

3. The flashing buttons are a little annoying.

Other than that it is a good job.
