Hey guys
I have built a new section for you to tear appart. but mostly I want to ask a favor. could you upload some pictures of pets for me I need more photos the upload link is at the top

not bad...maybe disable the link borders on the images....that drives me insane lol, but its your site... I see that COMCAST is advertising on your home page!?!?!?!?!? lol

Thanks I hate those borders my self. I use crome and so they dont show and I forgot to remove it for the other browsers.

Cool pics!

Could you change the resolution of the photos? When they're zoomed out they don't look as good. Some software (like photologue for django) can do that for you...

Maybe add some design to the top banner - other than just text?

Noticed there was some other stuff like playing games. Would it be simpler for users if you just stuck with the pet theme? Or is the goal of this site more than just pet stuff?

The goal is a site with something for every one.

just lots of free stuff. The bad part is the site could use more focus. I may upgrade my hosting so I can host more domain names then break it up some. I get a lot of (great jobs) and some (I hate its) because it kind of lacks focus.

as far as the resolution the pics are uploaded by users so I create a small one with imagemagick for the thumb nail and of course it needs to be small for load time. Then the original it used on the single pic display. I dont know if php can make them look any better I will check into it. Thanks for the positive feed back

its ok. good idea, i think there is still some work to do with the layout and look. could also do with a better logo i think

I was having hell getting the site to display in opera
But I rebuilt the page and formatted with css and no tables and got it working in all browsers.

Hi

It'd be nice to have some padding around each image (5px?) and even go one step further and add some border effects (nothing too strong; use very light colours)
Add a "outrageous meter" ranking system (1-10 rating) per each image? make it more interactive?
