I think it looks great! Love the colors. The 3d look of the navigation is cool. Content's great. I makes you appear very personable.

Only think...I don't get the logo? Is it some sort of digitized/modernized local landmark?

Only suggestion I have is maybe change the logo to a cartoon version of you, but other than that it's looking good!

Yeah i like it a lot. Very easy on the eyes and keeps me interested. Is it running off some CMS?

First, that is a temporary logo for me, I am at wits end coming up with a logo for myself.

No CMS, it's XML / XHTML and the banner is a nice Javascript I picked up some where.
