too busy, it seems like stuff is all over the place. sometimes more is less, I think the glitter graphis and the scrolling text make it look like a teenager designed it.
I clicked on one of the links-the supre one and in the header you have some small text saying supr looks like you dont mean it to be there, I would also think about having your site center on the page.
Watch your backgrounds too, on the Kava page you can see where it tiles and doesnt go continuously -there is a solid line going down to the right where the new tile starts.
I am a newb to this designing my self so cant offer you alot of advice on the technical stuff, but I hoped I helped a little bit.
Too online resources I found great are code validator: here learnt a lot from this as correcting my code, I got a better understanding. and this one as it shows how easy the site is to read: http://www.checkmycolours.com/
