Definite improvement although you didn't need to make a new thread for the changes

Your line breaks/P are huge. You need to tighten up the spaces
The blue header beneath the main header is huge
Not sure about the orange links on the columns. It looks good in the middle but the columns seem a bit too attention seeking.
The articles in the middle need to be distinguished with a HR/border-bottom 1px grey or something

Looks much better in all.

Ahh so it's for social bookmarking. Not a bad layout I guess but I didn't see the previous yet. Keep up the good work though!

I don't know what your site used to look like, but just as a critique, the words are way too big and it's a lot to look at. And it took a while to figure out what the site is about. I like the design and the mousover logo thing. Maybe if you put images next to each post.

I have updated the site it crashed but I got it up again unfortunatly I lost alot of the content I had building up but i believe it will be ok now. I got the design a bit better to from the sugestions I am recieving also i added a website submit section for ease of use. I welcome any further coments that will help me thanks. Ryan

The logo needs to be changed, and the "SITETER.COM" with flaming effect needs to be removed, it makes it look very amature as does the logo. In the heading it also says:
"SOCIAL BOOKMARKING SITE. SOCIAL BOOKMARKING, NEWS, WEBSITE POSTING. WHAT SITES ARE IN YOUR SIGHTS?"

This needs rewording, you start off by saying social bookmarking site, then listed social bookmarking as something that the site is used for. Try something like just starting off with "Siteter is a social bookmarking site that also offers you news..etc." and not necessarily in the heading..

The heading is a very light powder blue while the content headings are a dark blue, since you have a white background this gives the heading a lack of power, ability to tell the viewer where they are and for what purpose. The header should be atleast the same or darker then the content headings.

As, R.M.C said, there would be needed some changes in your site, your site logo needs to change, and content should be more effective, choose some attractive color combination in your site related your keyword such as social bookmarking, seo and like that.. everything else is ok.

Also this text in the header:

is not looks good.

Website doesn't look professionally. I would recommend you to hire a professional web designer and ask him to develop a good sketch if you like to succees in online business.

Big improvement. But..you really should reconsider the www.siteter.com and get some kind of logo. or lose the www.com and just put "Siteter" or "SITETER" with something like "Social bookmarking with more" under it.

and lose the big blue circle in the background

draws away from the important content. It actually draws more attention then not only your site name in the header but..the entire header.

Hi It doesnt look so bad, but the Blue arrow graphics and title banner graphic dont look professional. I would get rid of the ** | in the title.

I am assuming you are planning on growing the site large enough to reach all the advertising banners, right now having more adds than content doesnt really look so good for me.

Otherwise your main fonts and font colors, color schemes etc are fine in my opinion.
