I have redesigned my general discussions forum Fun, Humor & Gossip Forum and also upgraded it from phpbb to vBulletin.

Please take a look at the new design and let me know what you think

I think it looks good. Its clean, and simple. I'm not sure about the wood background but I guess it looks good.
Its a forum so I can't find any real problems so good job.

Your design is a bit bright for me but other than that it's nice & clean.
I'd suggest changing your title to this "DecentDiscussions - Fun,Humoer & Gossip Forum".
