I cannot claim Ive read every line of documentation, but just looking at your page, I think it would help if a doctor or another person of authority could give it an approval-stamp. On the front-page.
Secondly: When I see an arrow, I expect it to be a link. Maybe you should place a link to the two top-arrows named appication and relief.
And the Arrow that says youre seconds away from relief maintains on the page, where it directs you to.
Last there is a misspelling in the bottom of the order_display-page. It says perscription, not prescription.
