and suggest me what are the steps I can take to improve it more and can get more traffic.

I think you need to describe dedicated sevets there with the prices and specifications. Toooo much text in there. Not needed I think

I agree with Ondu, and the "we offer" block seems mis-worded so I would rewrite that so it reads easier. I would also try slipping a few images in there. Other than that the site has a great design, keep it up!

One problem I see is the red banner. For one, it is very bright and is distracting. Secondly, it is pretty big. If you can make it shorter (heightwise), you can stuff more text on to the top fold and hence be able to help the customers better

The colour of the banner is very bright, so it is distracting . The text written in the banner is not neat. Please edit the gaps between the words..

Personal opinion:

1. This is spammy advertisement
2. Quite too much text (If I can't understand what about website is per 3-4 seconds it means that I don't need it)
3. Keep working
