Website Review and Suggestions

I am thinking of selling my website - http://www.weddingpartyresource.com/ - as i have no real interest in subject and have other sites to work on. I do know though, that the domain name contains valuable keywords, and a few of links have been submitted (article directories, forums, bookmarks etc).

I need and accurate valuation for it as the website value cauculator services i have tried completely contradict eachother. Can anyone help please???

Revenue is minimal. But has got links, keyword targetted content and domain. I undestand it will not be worth loads of money but want maximum amount!

BTW

These so-called estimator "tools" are based on useless and meaningless "metrics" such as imaginary traffic estimates, useless toolbar PR, inaccurate "link counts" etc etc.

I have had a look at the cost of some similar domains for sale, with less links, for sale between $800 - $1000. Does anybody think this is a reasonable price (with content etc included)???

it will be hard to sell if it has a minimal earnings
