I have to admit, it isn't the worst ever. But, hm..., I don't want to be rude, but this most definitely isn't what i would call quality.
I mean, you can always compare your work to this: http://www.dokimos.org/ajff/ if you become self-conscious about your websites.
I would have to imagine that you used a WYSIWYG webite builder, and if that is true, I would say that you should learn how to code, and then you won't make websites like that.
Also, an important but often overlooked step by many people is making a mock-up of the website before you make it. You can use Photoshop, GIMP, Inkscape, that way you can have it looking beautiful there before you start coding.
