Layout: Good*
SEO: It appears that you are using an SEO pack, which should help you.
Ways to improve: I am not a particular fan of your logo, I would suggest making it fit along with your nice design.

*For the sponsor section, one I wouldn't recommend one banner, because you can fit more than one in each, also I would recommend 120x120 or 125x125s in there, so you can fit a whole bunch, and make more ad revenue. That is just my suggestion.

Great look and feel!

But due to the fact of your obvious overuse of ad's (had to literally close 4 ads per page then suffer a completely new wave on the next page) it would force me never to return.

Remove the ads and your site will excel.
