Please give me some suggestions, I think my website is lacking something but Im not sure what, Im thinking it looks like a DIY attempt and it needs to represent a professional company.

yeah, for one, the image of the van is not necessary, get rid of it, unless you throw it into a contact page, also it is positioned using absolute positioning...Should just use simple left, center or right alignment unless it's absolutely necessary. The navigation bar to the left is too large, decrease the font size quite a bit.
Here is a pretty good general layout:
The company logo should go to the top left of the page. The company address/phone # should go straight across the page from the logo (top right) of the page (try to make it even with the logo in regards to the distance from the top down) . The navigation should go to the left under the logo -- but add plenty of vertical space between the logo and the navigation bar. Across from the navigation bar goes the main content. (ex: where the links in your nav open up...Good to use an iFrame in this area) and the bottom of the page is generally referred to as the footer where you put copyright information and other releated links such as company info, contact etc..etc..
I just uploaded an attachment of what I am talking about, if you need help getting it together, I will whip it up for you quick, let me know.
I created a basic layout structure for you, it's not the best in the world, but it's probably the most seen / used for new sites. It's the general idea which I think you have most of that idea understood by the look of your website, but I put it together with an iFrame so you can modify and see what is going on. Modify it to your liking.
