A good, well-structured layout. However, may I suggest applying the golden ratio (Smashing Magazine - Divine Proportion) to it, just to give it that finer quality edge.

I would like to see dates in the News section, it makes it more realistic if I see something that is actually news or an old clipping.

Center alignment of text isn't good for conveying information, which your website is lacking anyway. Use left aligned to improve reader fluency and improve the message your trying to get across.

Your subpages could use more structure, for example the Posting Packages could do with being set out in a row as opposed to listed. This would allow you to run a comparison list in table format, visitors would then be able to understand which package is most appropriate for them faster, resulting an increase in click-through rates.

Your community could do with a narrower scope, to keep it more relevant to the services you're offering. For example, a general forum is fine, but also having a Sport forum shows that the site is more personal to the owner rather than professional.

Good luck with your project.

I personally do not like the colors, especially the gray color if you are going with a gray that dark just use black, it would probably look a lot better.

First impression is that the site has a very modern feel and the logo stands out a lot to make your site easy to remember. The dark grey I'm also with Knight13 on this one, it looks unwelcoming. I would recommend switching the colors to something a little bit more attractive. Its not to say that the grey is bad though. Overall the site looks great and you have everything in its proper place

Thanks for your suggestions,
will take some of them in to account
however the sport forum was actually put there by request of members, not by the owner (me).
