I have just set this site up this week nd would like your opinion on the ease of use on the site as well as the layouts and if the ads are in the right place, etc. I would also like your thoughts if the estimates are close to the actual value
First impression is that it looks like its still a work in progress. The logo needs to be redone, you already have everything you need since your using a mascot of some sort. A cleaner version of him, plus some next text to compliment it will work great. The colors I'm not big on, but thats alright. The real problem that I see though is the you are trying to explain the tool in a very small/constrained area above the tool - this should be redone and made only up to a sentance.

I think it is a really nice looking site and the fastest i have used next to alexa, but their are tons of these sites out their, and i have always wondered how they figure out how many pages have been viewed on another site.

how do you think this can done, by reducing the values 10 times to give a realistic value which a human would pay or should I turn the whole site into flash.
wait, what do you reckon of a site where you can submit your google analytics data which is processed by the script and thereafter given a valuation?
A websites REVENUE is the ONLY accurate metric to base a value on anything else is totally meaningless.

So what if I ask when entering in the domain the monthly revenue then multiplying that by somewhere between 6-12 times the monthly revenue, will this make it accurate?
The site seems technically very good, but the colors are horrible, and you need some sort of Logo for it, if you make it look really professional I think it will "stand out", as most of the competition though they are using a nicer color scheme for you still look very unprofessional.
It looks cool but after trying to press the button i got this error:
