Thanks Pal, really appreciate that, lots of changes coming. any advice even negative critique so i can make changes is great. That is why sites like this mean so much to people who build sites whether they are new or experienced web designers.
Looks like another site made only for presenting the ads or beeing the presell page for another service. You should consider reducing number of ads on the main page.
It's also to narrow. I understand you've optimised it for the 800*600 screen resolution, but now only small part of visitors use such low resolution. This site looks like beeing created 10 years ago.

I like it, clean design and nice colour scheme, red seems to be fitting for that sort of power/suppliment info.
I have just created my first site also and it reminds me of mine how you have gone for the tidy look aswell, I must say I think it looks much more proffesional. Well done

It's clean , simple and easy to read ... I think you should improve on the design though , it's really dated but at least what you are trying to show is not difficult to read and the navigation is easy
