The background has little layout to it, Its just simple white, and that will make the viewer's bored faster. Maybe try to center the banner it could look more professional if you do, If you closely look at the Nav. buttons the background of it is a different color white then the actual page it self.
The strolling text at the bottom should be across the whole page and have a black border,
Whats with all the links at the bottom? If your looking to have a site image or in case a button dont work please try your best to make it small so it don't scroll
