That is looking really nice man. I don't like the Marines ad at the top, but the mock up looks very appealing so far. Does all of the advertising need to be on the site? It is a little distracting.
Very nice layout just a little busy maybe some padding space around the sections to make it a little easier on the eye or slightly bigger font size. But very appealing looking and I didn't mind the ads don't look out of place on this type of site.
really like it but that background isn't quite right. you've set a tint to grey or something. open it up in photoshop and rework it until its right.
