After so much helpful feedback on my site I thought I would put my new site up for some feedback. I have changed the design a bit and added a new header I designed myself. Always looking for new ideas though.

Looks like this is one of your first website designs. To be frankly honest I'm not so keen on it. But the site works and that's the most important thing. When I started out my sites looked like this. My advice (if you want the design to look better), is to pick out a website with a design you like, copy the basic elements of it, the layout, fonts, palette etc. and spend a bit of time creating a really nice main header image.
