Website Review and Suggestions

This is a website that I finished recently for a company called Maxwell Landscaping. I took all the photos and wrote all of the text. The template and all of the JavaScript effects are custom except for the gallery slideshow. It uses MooTools.

The site is done and probably won't change much, but what I'd like to know is what could have been improved or made better for future reference. Feel free to make comments on any aspect including usability, design, layout, etc.

If I had to do it over again, one thing I would change is to put it on a CMS. I did this particular site without one, but every new site from this point forward will be using one.

overall what you did is great. i like the design structure.

few points:
too much black color. green could go with other eye-easy colors.
top right text little smaller (may be with a graphics?) would be nicer I think

Other than the gray color at the bottom i like the site, it looks really nice and the layout is really good also.

nice clean site. i like it.

but i am seeing a problem in footer. i am using ie7. and the footer content goes horizentally

a rich brown instead of the grey would be good. the grey make sit look like a computer site
