I made this website about 3 months ago. It has a forum and article submission. Pictures and videos on many unexplained subjects such as ufos, 2012, paranormal and many other subjects. Any feedback is appreciated.
Well the main menu looks cool, but it doesn't fit in with the content area at all. Also the sub menu area is broken. I'm guessing that you're designing with Windows; therefore you are not able to see what it would look like for Linux or Unix (and probably Mac) users.
Try using browsershots.org to test layouts. And try moving the main menu to the very top of the site.

Thanks, at first i tried it with the menu at the top and i thought it would be better where it is so the menu is within reach of the visitor. I know i have an issue with the login boxs with IE but i will fix that
I would add cursor : pointer to the label element for better usability, also use a pointer on the search button for the mouseover state to show the users they can click on it...
The quotes are supposed to overlap the box, i like it that way
