First thing is take the banner off of the top and let your site go up their, second get rid of the marquee that scrolls the house after that i will look a lot better.

Your site ok but you need remove the banner from the above. Add more attractive tags and contents.If you can change the font size and type it will be better.the pictures and graph that you pit please make the size small, so that the distribution and the layout appears good.

The ad certainly needs to go- but if for some reason youre obligated to keep it up there- it has NO business being that big.

But the banner at top is making your site look very pathetic.
Remove that.

Instead of focusing on professional look earlier better identify the areas where you are lacking in terms of Search Engine algos.

Really good, I notice the banner is gone and it was a good change as recomended by all. It was not making any help in the site like that.

Looks pretty slick. Colors and text is legible. Only suggestion from me is optional; for the Renter and Landlord ad on the homepage you could use a roll over effect similar to this: www.trezy.com (white part). Good luck and looks pretty good.
