Loading takes a bit (for the flash), even on a 30 Mps connection. (USA)
The mouse-over's are odd, but I kind of like it. Each item is fluid of each other, and kinda wiggles when you mouse-over.
Notice your page width.
On my resolution (1440x900) there is some blank white space to the right which creates a scrollbar that is unnecessary.
EDIT: I've found the problem. The "Hot Translations" at the bottom is pushing your page width and frelling it up.
The navigation is efficient and intuitive. Good job.
I would also personally remove about half of the spacing at the top of the document (before the flash/Translate-to form).
Overall good job!
